Privacy policy

Vinod Bhojwani, trading as IT Enabler (Sole proprietorship), Kota, Rajasthan, India, runs ShotReady and decides how your information is used. You can reach us at vinod@itenabler.in.

• Your email address, when you sign in.
• The garment photos you upload and the images we generate for you, with the choices you made (category, model, angles).
• Your credit balance and a record of credits added, used and refunded.
• The name, phone number and message you send if you contact us through the form, and the content of emails or WhatsApp messages you send us.
• Basic technical data our hosting records, such as when requests were made. We do not run advertising or tracking tools.

When online payments are available, payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We only receive confirmation of the payment.

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To make your images, show them to you and let you download them.
• To manage credits, payments and refunds.
• To email you when a batch finishes, and to answer your questions.
• To prevent misuse, such as people claiming free credits many times.

We share information only with the services we need to run ShotReady, and only for that purpose:

• Supabase, for sign-in, the database and file storage.
• Google, whose AI model creates the images from your garment photo and a model photo.
• OpenAI, whose AI model reads your garment photo to describe the garment.
• Vercel, which hosts the website and application.
• Resend, which sends our emails.
• Razorpay, once checkout is available, to take payments.

We do not sell your information. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.

Your photos and images are stored securely and are visible only to your account. We keep them in your account until you ask us to delete them. Records of payments and credits are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

• show you the information we hold about you,
• correct it,
• delete it, including your photos and generated images, and your account.

Email vinod@itenabler.in from the address you use to sign in. We will act on a verified request within 30 days, except for records the law requires us to keep.

ShotReady is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If you have a concern about your information, write to Vinod Bhojwani at vinod@itenabler.in. We will reply within 7 days.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.
