Terms and conditions

ShotReady is a web service run by Vinod Bhojwani, trading as IT Enabler (Sole proprietorship), Kota, Rajasthan, India, GSTIN 08BTNPB5294C1ZN. You upload a photo of a garment, choose a model and the angles you need, and ShotReady creates catalogue-style images of that garment worn by an AI-generated model.

• You sign in with your email address through a one-time link. You are responsible for the email account you use.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
• New accounts get one free credit. We may limit free credits, for example one per person, and may refuse them where we see misuse.

• One credit makes one image. The base price is ₹20 per credit. The more you buy at once, the less each credit costs (10% off from ₹2,000, 20% off from ₹5,000), and every price includes GST. See the pricing page.
• Batches of 10 images or more get 20% off. The batch price is charged in whole credits, rounded up.
• Credits stay in your account until you use them. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, except as set out in our refund policy.
• Online checkout through Razorpay is being set up. Until it is available, credits are added to your account after you contact us and pay.
• A regeneration of an image costs one credit.
• An image that fails to generate is not charged, and failed images in a batch are refunded as credits.

• You keep all rights in the photos you upload. You confirm that you own them or have the right to use them, including the rights to any brand, design, print or person shown.
• You give us permission to process your photos only to make your images, and to keep them in your account so you can download them.
• You may use the images we generate for you for your own business, including online stores and marketplaces. We do not claim ownership of them.
• The models you choose in ShotReady are AI-generated. They are not real people.

• Anything illegal, hateful, sexual or violent, or anything that exploits or endangers children.
• Photos of people who have not agreed to their image being processed, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Anything meant to mislead people about a product, such as fake brand labels or counterfeit goods.
• Attempts to break, overload or misuse the service.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Images are created by AI and can differ from your garment in colour, small details, shoes or fit. We try to keep them close to your photo, and you can regenerate an image and describe what to change. We do not promise that an image will be accepted by a particular marketplace or will meet a particular standard.

To run ShotReady we use other companies’ services, including cloud hosting and storage, AI image and text models, email delivery and, once checkout is available, Razorpay for payments. Your photos are sent to AI providers only to produce your images. See our privacy policy for details.

We work to keep ShotReady available but cannot promise it will always be. Batches usually finish within 24 hours. We may change the service, the models and the prices. A price change applies to credits bought after the change. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.

ShotReady is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost sales, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kota, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to approach a consumer forum. If you have a problem, please write to us first at vinod@itenabler.in so we can try to sort it out.
