Refunds, cancellation and delivery

• One credit makes one image. The base price is ₹20 per credit. The more you buy at once, the less each credit costs (10% off from ₹2,000, 20% off from ₹5,000), and every price includes GST. See the pricing page.
• Batches of 10 images or more get 20% off, charged in whole credits and rounded up.
• A regeneration of an image costs one credit.

ShotReady is a digital service. Nothing is shipped. Your images are delivered in your account:

• Single images usually appear on screen within a few minutes of choosing Generate.
• Batches are delivered within 24 hours. We email you when a batch finishes.
• You can download your images from the Generate, Batch and History pages.

• If an image cannot be generated, you are not charged for it.
• If an image in a batch fails, the credit for it is returned to your balance automatically.

• Credits that have been used to make images are not refundable.
• Credits you have bought but not used can be refunded within 7 days of buying them. Email vinod@itenabler.in from your account email, with your payment details.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
• If you were charged twice or the wrong amount, tell us and we will correct it.
• If you are unhappy with an image, you can regenerate it and describe what to change, or write to us and we will look at it.

There is no subscription and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel. You only pay when you buy credits. To close your account and delete your photos, email vinod@itenabler.in.
